He is an early adopter of emerging technologies such as Blockchain(Trading with Bitcoin and Ethereum), and Artificial Intelligence(Developing with Python and OpenAI), diving into these sectors as soon as they emerged

As the driving force behind World Trade Factory, Sage Kakkat brings a global perspective having lived, traveled and worked in many countries as well as living and studying across several states in India. His global perspective and analytical depth are anchored in Ivy League premium education, from Harvard Business School with Product Innovation program and certification in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). These rigorous programs further refine his strategic thinking in Business and technical fluency—critical assets in navigating complex global markets.

Earlier, he earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, renowned for its international business focus. His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India, complemented by multiple technical certifications in Software Development—forming a solid base in both engineering and innovation

In his free time, he plays drums for his hard rock band, SharK ATaKK, channeling his passion for music through high-energy performances. He’s a big fan of classic and hard rock, often drawing inspiration from legendary bands like Guns N Roses, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Megadeth etc. while jamming and listening to his favorite tracks.
